Everything from start to end was very well organized. Friendly staff, reminders sent to ensure people are on time and parking available onsite at Lake Louise Inn. We love to travel with our fur baby wherever possible and this shuttle was the perfect option for us.

These people are your best chance at seeing Lake Louise (and Moraine lake) if you’re someone like me who just figured out how busy and booked out it gets here lol. The guys I was in touch with were super friendly and accommodating and kind. They absolutely took care of my needs and worked with me so that I’d have the best experience possible.

This is the only dog friendly shuttle in all of Lake Louise. We have 2 very large dogs weighing 120 lbs each, and all the workers loved it. You can tell they love their dogs and yours, so it was a great experience. They were on time, reasonably priced, and the staff was just a joy to talk to. They gave us tips that paid off on where to visit, and when we were late for our morning shuttle they accommodated us by placing us on the next one. They pick you up from the Lake Louise INN and we found parking for our truck and trailer in the back with ease. These guys were the best! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Everyone needs to know that there are no private vehicles allowed on the road to Lake Moraine, and Fairview offers one of the few shuttles to get you there before sunrise. Pickup, drop off and schedule all went as planned, thank you. My only suggestion would be clear signage at the pickup location. It wasn’t clear that pickup was at a hotel, made more challenging by finding it in the dark!

We booked the bus to moraine lake for a hike. The bud is easy to access, parking at LL inn is easy. The dude driving us up was entertaining and gave us a good rundown of things. The bus is warm and comfy. Now our ride back down was with a woman who has a knack for photography. Great pictures to look at. The heat was pumping (it was a cold snowy day) and she had spa music playing. It was literally the most chill relaxing ride ever. We all felt like we were in a spa experience. People even fell asleep. It was epic. Anyway. I’ve used these guys several times and they’re awesome and I highly recommend using Fairview. They’re my go to for lake Louise shuttling.
