We’re proud to operate from the Lake Louise Inn in Lake Louise Village. Find us across from the roundabout at the hotel’s front entrance. Please arrive and be ready to go 15 minutes before your departure time. If you’re late, your seats may be given to walk-in guests. Thanks for being punctual, and we can’t wait to see you!
Yes a Banff National Park Pass or Discovery Pass is required to enter the park. You do not need to bring the park pass with you on trails. It is to be displayed in your vehicle. You can find more information here at: https://parks.canada.ca/pn-np/ab/banff/visit/passer-passes
Yes! We have storage for inflatable Paddleboards, kayaks, etc.
We do have a 72 hour full refund policy. Anything within 72 hours, we would be happy to change your booking to another time. Always remember, “there is no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing”.
